7.1 Quickly check the first steps
Whether you are a supplier or downstream user of the product (substance or mixture) containing the substance listed in Annex XIV, an SDS with appendices must be supplied with the product, and its labeling must include an authorization number. The presence of these elements can be quickly verified. As a result, many cases of non-compliance could be avoided with this simple reflex.
