6. Our advice

6.1 Get ready before the first MSDSs arrive

Receipt of an eSDS imposes new obligations on you (analysis of appendices, etc.), which you must meet within one year. If you see a registration number on a substance SDS, don't put it aside!

6.2 Also check the data in the sixteen sections of the SDS

As eSDSs are SDSs with annexes, it is also important to check the quality or presence of the information contained in the sections of the SDS (classifications, ICPE obligations, etc.).
