Operational condition

All actions, equipment or parameters involved in the production/use of the substance that affect exposure of humans and the environment.

Manufacturer

Natural or legal person established in the Community who manufactures a substance in the Community.

Manufacturing

Production or extraction of substances in their natural state.

Importer

Any natural or legal person established in the Community who is responsible for the import.

Import

Physical introduction into the Community's customs territory.

Mix

A mixture or solution composed of two or more substances.
