3. What about the special case of SDSs for mixtures?
The regulations do not require the creation of appendices for mixtures. If your mixture contains one or more substances whose SDSs have a registration number (as a reminder, mixtures are not registered) and have annexes, your obligation is to pass on the relevant information to the next users.
Let's assume a mixture contains a substance with an eSDS, classified as a Category 4 dermal toxicant and present at 3% in the mixture. The information contained in the eSDS for this substance is unlikely to be relevant to the mixture due to the low content (3%). In this case, it is advisable to make sure of this, so as not to include the information in these appendices.
