3. Inform staff so they feel involved

Employees who feel involved in the life of their company are employees who participate in it. The sooner they are made aware of the elements of the training plan that concern them, the better they will accept the need for training.

For example, a small box on planned training courses by function or position can be included in the company's internal newsletter.

3.1 What arguments can be used to encourage staff to attend training courses?

  • improving health ;

  • prevention of contamination of family and friends ;

  • environmental protection ;

  • anticipating the consequences of an accident on the employee and his/her colleagues....
