7. Take a test at the end of the course

To assess the level of knowledge achieved and whether your staff have properly integrated the information provided, schedule a test at the end of the training course. In addition to assessing whether the participant has acquired the required knowledge, a more global analysis can identify any gaps in the transmission of certain information.

Beforehand, you'll need to define the average grade below which a catch-up is required.

The sponsor can carry out this assessment on the basis of a skills matrix for practical training (theoretical questions and know-how).
