1. When can you benefit from exemptions for goods packed in small quantities?

When a hazardous material is packaged in a container which is intended to be delivered to its place of use in its entirety, closed and in the same condition as when it left the production site, it is referred to as "parcel" transport (see Parcel transport: What are the requirements for packaging and large packaging? [FIC 1237] ).
