4. Declaring customers

Once the quantities and uses have been entered, it remains to fill in the fields corresponding to the professional users to whom the nano substances are supplied.

Customer names, with addresses and countries, are mandatory. If you have a large number of customers, you can upload a file in .csv format. In this case, the format and order of the columns must be respected, otherwise the system will not recognize them. Please note that it is not mandatory to enter the NACE codes for each of your customers.

You should therefore be aware that a list of professional users must be provided. Your downstream customers must also register on R-Nano if they are not the last users in the supply chain.
