1.1 Identify your status

First of all, it is important to clearly identify your status within the meaning of the nano regulations. These statuses are defined by décret du 17 février 2012 . The statuses are importer, distributor, manufacturer or professional user. Identifying your status is important, because your obligations differ depending on your status. They are based on those of the REACh regulation.
