 INTRODUCTION

In France, it has been compulsory since 2013 for all manufacturers marketing more than 100 g/year of substances in nanoparticulate form to submit a nano declaration by May 1 er of each year. This declaration must be submitted to the French National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (Anses).

The declaration is made online on the R-Nano website by the declarant.

This sheet explains how to make this declaration.
