What information should be provided on substances and mixtures falling within the scope of REACh but not subject to SDS under Article 31?
Substances and mixtures are subject to the communication of the following information according to the procedures (free of charge, deadline, updating) described in article 32 of REACh:
registration number(s), if available, for all substances for which the information below is provided;
a statement indicating whether the substance is subject to authorization, together with details of any authorization granted or refused;
details of any restrictions imposed (see Principle of substance restriction
