5.1 Identify regulations that may apply to products excluded from REACh

See Identify regulated substances and applicable regulations [FIC 0176] .

Please note that even when the SDS is not mandatory under REACh, the transmission of certain information may be (Article 32 of REACh). In addition, the requirement to supply an SDS may be extended by the regulations of member countries.
