3. Ensure medical surveillance of employees working for user companies

If your employees are working on a customer's premises, and the prevention plan drawn up in writing with the user company indicates the presence of ACDs or CMRs in the workplace, and that your employees will be exposed to them, you will need to agree with the user company whether this exposure requires additional examinations related to the nature and duration of the work. The occupational physician of the user company will carry out these additional examinations on behalf of the external company (article R. 4513-11 of Code du travail ). The results are communicated to the company's occupational physician, notably with a view to determining the employee's medical aptitude.
