2. Set up reinforced medical surveillance for workers exposed to hazardous chemical agents and CMRs

2.1 Hiring visit

These employees must undergo a medical examination before starting work. Workers may only be assigned to work involving exposure to ACDs or CMRs if they have undergone a prior medical examination by the occupational physician (article R. 4412-44 of Code du travail ).

The employee's fitness certificate must state that there is no medical contraindication to such work.
