4. Ensure medical surveillance of temporary workers

If you employ a temporary worker in a position where he or she may be exposed to hazardous chemical agents or CMRs (for example, replacing an employee you have already identified as being under reinforced medical supervision for this reason), you must inform the temporary employment agency (article D. 4625-19 of Code du travail ).

As the user company, you will be responsible for working with your occupational physician to organize reinforced medical surveillance for the temporary worker's position (in this case, the aptitude sheet issued by the ETT's occupational physician alone will not be sufficient: it is your occupational physician who will determine and, if necessary, rule on the temporary worker's aptitude to occupy this...
