2. If you are a notifier of an ELINCS substance, how do you apply for your REACh registration number?

As ELINCS substances are automatically registered under REACh, your substance has been assigned a registration number as of 1 er June 2008. You need to request this number from ECHA. This request must be made via the web portal developed for all communication with ECHA: REACh-IT .

2.1 REACh-IT

REACh-IT is ECHA's central data management system. It enables industry to submit regulatory data specific to the application of the REACh and CLP regulations. It also enables ECHA, member states and the European Commission to process, analyze and evaluate the information submitted. It is the preferred communication system....
