2. If you are a notifier of an ELINCS substance, how do you apply for your REACh registration number?
As ELINCS substances are automatically registered under REACh, your substance has been assigned a registration number as of 1 er June 2008. You need to request this number from ECHA. This request must be made via the web portal developed for all communication with ECHA: REACh-IT .

REACh-IT is ECHA's central data management system. It enables industry to submit regulatory data specific to the application of the REACh and CLP regulations.
