5.1 Make sure you are aware of the risk of renal toxicity of the chemicals you produce or use.

You need to search for information in all the media at your disposal, such as MSDSs, REACh dossiers for substances registered with ECHA, and toxicological summaries published on the Internet.

Also ensure that renal biology and kidney histology are included in toxicology studies.
