4.1 Apply for a waste collector's registration certificate

It's important to make sure that the service provider you choose to collect your DASRI from holds a "récépissé de déclaration" (declaration receipt) for the transport of waste. This receipt is issued by the prefecture to the collection service provider and is valid for 5 years.
