3.1 Which format to use?
Once the necessary data has been defined, the next step is to format the form.
A form can be in paper or computer format. It can take the form of a table, text or a mix of the two, and can include photos, images, etc. You can also create your forms online using specialized tools.
The formatting is up to you, and should be consistent with the rest of your quality documentation.
The form must be simple and self-supporting. The information to be entered on the form must appear in a logical order that respects the normal flow of your processes.
