1.1 Quality tool par excellence

As far back as the history of corporate quality, forms have been used to unify, codify, format and standardize the types of information used in a company's various activities.

For example, it helps the issuer of a purchase requisition or a customer's expression of need for a service to ensure that the person or department responsible for processing the requisition or implementing the service has all the information they need to carry out their work.
