INTRODUCTION
You need to integrate a new employee. This is one of the key moments in your relationship with your staff. It is a decisive factor in the new employee's ability to quickly become operational in his or her new role, and also guarantees the smooth running of the quality management system.
Successful integration also meets one of the requirements of ISO 9001, which states that "the organization shall ensure that its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and the way in which they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives" (chapter 6.2.2, point d - Competence, awareness and training).
The integration of new employees must therefore be prepared, planned and carried out rigorously and methodically, in consultation with the human resources department.
Team mobilization + Workstation layout + Induction interviews + Handover of documents + Integration follow-up = Successful integration
