Interested party

A person or organization that can either influence a decision or activity, or be influenced or feel influenced by a decision or activity.

Social responsibility

Organizational social responsibility is the responsibility of an organization towards the impacts of its decisions and activities on society and the environment, reflected in ethical and transparent behavior that contributes to sustainable development, including the health and well-being of society, takes into account the expectations of stakeholders, complies with applicable laws and is compatible with international standards, is integrated throughout the organization and implemented in its relationships (ISO 26000 definition).
