Implement indicators and dashboards

You need to implement indicators to monitor the efficiency of your processes, and build a summary dashboard of key indicators.

The indicator system must be implemented methodically in several stages:

• identification ;

• DESIGN ;

• implementation ;

• operation ;

• review and improvement.

The dashboard must be designed to highlight the coherence between quality objectives and the company's strategic orientations. It must also identify the level of performance of each process in the system.
