4.1 Turn constraints into opportunities

Since 2001 and the NRE law, listed companies have been required to present a non-financial report on social, environmental and governance issues. Article 225 of the "Grenelle II" law extended this obligation to all companies with over 500 employees. 42 subjects divided into 3 themes (social, environmental, commitment to sustainable development) must be covered. The report must be verified by an accredited independent third party. Turn this constraint into an opportunity, and use the obligation to draw up a non-financial report to kick-start your CSR process!
