Process

In the Deming sense, any succession of tasks involving one or more actors or departments. Processes are not limited to the QMS macro-processes.

System

In Deming's sense, it is the set of relationships between people, departments, processes and suppliers which, when directed towards a goal (the organization's raison d'être), enables it to provide the market and society with high-performance products and services.
