What do you need to write a job description?

The input data are the organization chart, which will provide the job title, and the process description of the management system(s), in which the tasks assigned to each player in the organization are described.

In most cases, however, definitions exist but processes are not (yet) described. So what can be done?

We then need to interview the function holder(s) to take stock of the tasks they carry out, and list them in the process description if there is one, or in the function definition if there isn't one.
