2. What does BPM promise?
BPM stands for "business process management" or "business process management".
As a management discipline, BPM made its appearance in companies in 2005, at almost the same time as the BPMN language (business process modeling notation, later renamed business process model and notation). BPMN is the subject of an ISO standardization published under the reference ISO/CEI 19510.
There is as yet no standardized definition of BPM. Here are the two most comprehensive, issued by groups of recognized professionals.
