4. What are the application risks?

4.1 "Insincerity and/or dissonance

ISO 9001:2015 does not explicitly state that people are to be valued within the company. It is a conclusion that can be drawn from an analysis of the standard, which results from a transversal reading of the requirements and their compilation, as illustrated in the "What does ISO 9001:2015 emphasize?" step.

This is certainly a promising path to operational efficiency, but it's a demanding one in terms of sincerity, honesty and exemplarity. It cannot be a posture, which could be counter-productive and which could cause the quality approach to lose some of its credibility.
