5. Set up design reviews
The aim of a design review is to assess the ability of the design solutions envisaged to satisfy the input data formalized as part of the design project: functional and/or performance requirements, regulatory and legal requirements, etc. The number of design reviews depends on the project itself (size, complexity, stakes, uncertainties, etc.).
As far as possible, a design review should bring together representatives of the various interested parties who will be affected by the product or service (sales or customer, purchasing, production, after-sales service, etc.).
