 INTRODUCTION

Born in the 2000s, the Marianne and Qualivilles standards define quality requirements in terms of relations between public services and users.

The commitments set out mainly concern reception, the services provided, and listening to users. These standards enable public bodies to implement a quality approach in order to improve the management of their relations with citizens.

Obtaining Marianne or Qualivilles certification enables public bodies to implement and promote their continuous improvement approach to customer relations.

This fact sheet provides an initial descriptive overview of the issues and content of the Marianne and Qualivilles standards.
