2. Who is Qualivilles and Marianne aimed at?

Qualivilles is mainly aimed at municipalities and intercommunalités. The quality commitments are therefore very specific to the services delivered by these two types of organization.

The Marianne standard is aimed more broadly at public bodies, such as government departments, family allowance funds, local authorities and libraries.

There are no size requirements (population or headcount) limiting the implementation of these two approaches.

Within the organization, the services impacted by the Qualivilles and Marianne standards are primarily reception services (central or decentralized), mail services and switchboard services. More broadly, any service in direct contact with the user can be included within the scope of certification.
