5.1 Determine when and where to start a Kanban method
It helps if the implementation of this method is the result of a strategic decision regarding the company's logistics process. It's a powerful tool, but one that requires control, logic and planning. Deployment of this method should be carried out on a pilot site, with monitoring of its application and results. Once the results have been obtained and the method has been acquired by its users, it can be applied to other processes.
