3. Create and share

The next step is to motivate, nominate and engage community members to start sharing knowledge; this is bound to be one of the most complicated to implement, as you'll have to deal with reluctance to share and convince stakeholders to shake up their habits and prejudices.

This mobilization can be carried out by the community leader and/or the managers of the players concerned, through individual meetings, communication or promotional events...

It is both necessary :

  • ensure the involvement and commitment of managers ;

  • secure the availability of the players involved;

  • identify an "animator";

  • set individual objectives for community contribution.
