5. Our advice

5.1 Keep the community of practice alive

The challenge is to organize the collective animation of the community, and not to designate an animator to take on all the animation. Depending on the community, we'll divide up the roles and entrust to the animator those roles that we can't distribute.

Don't forget that knowledge is a living thing, enriched by time and experience. So you need to keep it alive and constantly improving it.
