INTRODUCTION
Three issues are raised here.
The first of these is to communicate. But what is communication? The very definition of the word is important. The ISO 9001:2015 standard gives two different sensitivities depending on the parties your organization is addressing.
Next comes effectiveness. We would tend to say that the effectiveness of a successful communication lies in its transmission to, and understanding by, the desired recipients. How can we be sure of these two points? Easy to say, but easy to do?
Finally, the heart of the matter is involvement. What is it all about? First and foremost, to involve anyone, the result communicated must attract, arouse and arouse the interest of the recipient of the information and/or knowledge. The quality of transmission, the usefulness of the communication, the communication vector, the timing of the communication... these are all key elements to consider, but they are not the only ones.
