6.1 Don't dismiss management in these reflections

Topics relating to stakeholder requirements may seem a little formal or theoretical, and so the company's quality coordinator may be tempted to spare management this work. This is not recommended. In fact, these issues, which involve taking account of the context and the expectations of interested parties, cannot be dealt with without the involvement of management. What's more, as the ambition of this version is to involve management more intensively in the quality process, it would be inconsistent and probably damaging not to involve them in these reflections.
