6.1 Don't go it alone
As a quality manager, for example, you might be tempted to carry out this analysis of your organization's context on your own. However, experience shows that the quality manager does not usually have all the relevant information at his or her disposal. Part of the quality of the analysis lies in working together, in a multi-disciplinary group if possible, to collect all available data and to approach a certain exhaustiveness, a guarantee of the relevance and practical usefulness of the results of the analysis.
