5. Our advice

5.1 Document context analysis information

The ISO 9001:2015 standard does not explicitly require that elements of context be maintained in documented form. However, the requirement to monitor and review this information implicitly obliges you to formalize external and internal contextual issues, if only to share them internally. We therefore invite you to document the elements linked to this requirement, in the form that suits you best, bearing in mind that there is no requirement to do so, in order to ensure communication, continuity of analysis and to decide on the necessary actions.
