3.1 How should these analyses be incorporated into the QMS?
The analysis required by ISO 9001 applies, in fine, to the quality management system with regard to expected results, and therefore to its constituent elements, such as quality policy, customer processes, product and service specifications, work rules and procedures, required skills and knowledge, and work equipment.
In other words, an analysis at company level, with a view to strategically defining competitive product and service offerings, is not the same thing as translating or projecting this analysis onto the quality management system.
