1. Organizational context: what are we talking about?
Organizations evolve their organizations and practices in line with the constraints of the economic, social, political and ecological environment, at international or national level, depending on their markets. These regulatory, contractual and societal constraints require them to make continuous efforts to adapt strategically.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard attempts to take account of these possibilities for change or rapid evolution, by linking the operation of the quality management system, with its rituals and invariants, to the evolving environment and reality of organizations, and if possible to that of each of them.
In particular, ISO 9001 encourages us to take into account external and internal factors, risks and opportunities, and to adapt the quality approach to better serve the organization's strategy.
