Does the organization forward the inspection report to the authorities?

At present, inspection reports remain confidential and are not forwarded to the inspectorate for classified installations, unless the latter so requests. However, article L. 512-11 of Code de l’environnement p now requires reports to be forwarded to the competent administrative authority whenever non-conformities are detected. A decree setting out the procedures for such transmission is due to be published shortly, which should make it compulsory.
