3.1 Take into account the results of periodic inspections

Periodic inspection is a regulatory compliance check which, if non-conformities are detected, requires you to put in place a corrective action plan to deal with them. You are responsible for operating your facilities in compliance with the regulatory and technical requirements applicable to them. Failure to do so may result in administrative and criminal penalties.
