How do you keep track of nomenclature changes?

The best way to keep abreast of changes in the nomenclature is to set up a regulatory watch, either in-house, or through a specialist service provider.

What is a significant change?

This refers to any modification to the facility, its mode of use or its surroundings that results in a significant change to the elements of the declaration, registration or authorization application file. You must inform the prefect of these modifications.
