2. What do I have to do if my classification changes?

Changes to the nomenclature can lead to changes in the thresholds of the various headings, which may imply changes to the classification regime for your facilities, such as from declaration to authorization, from authorization to declaration, from declaration to declaration with periodic inspection, from authorization or declaration to registration, or from authorization to SEVESO status (high or low threshold).

SEVESO status reform

Since 1 er June 2015 and the Seveso III reform, the authorization regime with the institution of a public utility easement (AS) no longer exists. The letter S has disappeared from the nomenclature.
