3.1 Identify hazardous substances and mixtures

You must identify the hazardous substances and mixtures likely to be present at your facility.

With the entry into force of the directive n° 2012/18 du 4 juillet 2012 , known as Seveso III, on 1 er June 2015, this inventory must be carried out in application of European Regulation 1272/2008 on the classification, labeling and packaging of hazardous substances and mixtures, known as the CLP Regulation.
