What are the best practices to implement? Here's a brief overview of your obligations and the rules you need to respect.

Identify the chemicals you use, whether hazardous or not. As classification and knowledge evolve, it's important to have an overview of the products you use. This will enable you to keep track of the evolution of your products, and make it easier to see if any of them have moved to a different classification (substance hazard, ICPE classification, labeling, etc.).

Here are some examples of information to collect:

  • name of substance/preparation ;

  • chemical name ;

  • CAS number ;

  • European number ;

  • quantity imported per year ;

  • ...
