5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't refuse to meet the investigating commissioner

Most of the time, prior to his first office hours, the CE requests a meeting with the petitioner to complete his information. The petitioner is under no obligation to accept; however, he is strongly advised not only to accept the appointment, but also to take the initiative in proposing it.
