In the event of a change in the ICPE nomenclature (creation of a new heading or modification of thresholds for existing headings), if the Prefect is made aware of these activities within one year of the date of modification, the operator does not have to compile a new authorization application file.
In the event of a change in nomenclature, it is imperative not to let the one-year period elapse from the entry into force of the decree modifying the nomenclature.
