1. Identify the different elements of the environmental authorization application file
Current regulations (articles R. 181-13 et seq. of Code de l’Environnement ) list two types of elements that must be included in an environmental authorization application file:
basic elements (found in all dossiers submitted for environmental authorization, regardless of the type of project involved);
elements specific to ICPE projects, including elements linked to certain special cases.
