1. What penalties can be imposed?

Your activities as an operator of a classified facility can be inspected by a sworn inspector with police powers. These powers give the inspector the authority to draw up an official report. On the basis of this official report, several types of sanctions can be imposed on you:

  • by the prefectoral authority: administrative sanctions (see ICPE and administrative liability [FIC 0099] );
